At Unistra, we aim to deliver transparent and effective visa and immigration services. However, under certain conditions, clients may be eligible to request a refund.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request will be considered in the following situations:
a) If Unistra accepts and agrees to process the client’s application, but the case is later returned with a negative decision from the relevant immigration authority.
b) If the client receives incorrect or misleading advice from Unistra, directly resulting in a visa refusal or negative immigration outcome.
c) If the client is unable to obtain a visa or migration due to proven misguidance or error on part of Unistra.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
If the client voluntarily decides to terminate their agreement with Unistra before their immigration or visa application has been submitted.
If the client fails to cooperate with document requirements or does not respond in a timely manner.
If the client provides false, incomplete, or misleading information that affects the outcome of the case.
Refund Processing
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment used by the client. Refunds will only be initiated after an official negative decision is received from the governing immigration body or relevant authority.
